LTI Contracting is convinced that a successful project starts and ends with SAFETY FIRST. We utilize pre-construction planning, pre task planning and hazard assessment to insure everyone is prepared for the job at hand. In addition each employee has the responsibility to call to attention any hazard in need of correction and to suggest safety improvements. These types of work practices have gained our work force recognition by General Contractors and Clients alike.

OUR SUPERINTENDENTS ARE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING:

  • CPR and First Aid
  • Rigging
  • 10 and /or 30 Hour OSHA
  • Licensed NCCCO Crane Operator

ALL EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED IN:

  • Safe work practices
  • Personal Protective Equipment
  • Fall Protection
  • Hazards Communication
  • Aerial Lifts and / or Scissor Lifts
